The specific processing steps outlined in this article are as follows:
 
1. Selection of abrasion-resistant nylon brushes of various sizes for cleaning. The length of the brush should not be less than 500mm, with dense bristles arranged neatly.
2. Preparation of cleaning agents: Mixing degreaser, industrial detergent, and water in a cleaning tank at a ratio of 1:5:10 and stirring evenly. Submerge the precision hydraulic seamless steel tubes in the specially prepared cleaning agent solution for 10 minutes before suspending them on a cleaning rack.
3. Using a specialized fixture, secure the steel tubes one by one on a cleaning rack. At the other end of the support frame, attach a motor with a rotating shaft. The shaft is supported by small brackets at regular intervals, each equipped with pulleys for smooth movement. Attach the homemade brushes to this shaft, power on the motor, and initiate the rotation of the brushes to enter the inner walls of the steel tubes for cleaning. Reverse the motor to retract the brushes from the tube bores.
4. After each tube is cleaned, immerse it in the cleaning tank and rinse thoroughly with a high-pressure water gun. Then, suspend the tubes to drain on an oil draining rack. The cleaning process is then complete.
 
Advantages of this process include the ability to clean steel tubes with lengths exceeding 6 meters, with the capability to clean tubes up to 12 meters in length. This process improves the efficiency of subsequent processes and enhances product quality.

First, immerse the finished steel tubes in the specially prepared cleaning agent for approximately 10 minutes. Afterward, suspend the hydraulic steel tubes on a cleaning rack, attach specialized brushes to homemade fixtures, and begin cleaning the inner walls of the tubes. Once each tube is cleaned, rinse it thoroughly with a high-pressure water gun. After cleaning, suspend the tubes to drain on an oil draining rack.
