We present an extensive range of welded and drawn Grade A ASTM A178 Boiler Tubes. ASME SA178 and ASTM A178 Boiler Tubes exhibit features such as low carbon steel (C=0.18 Max) and are Eddy Current Tested ASTM A178M Superheater Tubes with a minimum wall thickness.

Primarily, our A178 boiler tube stands out for its exceptional heat resistance, making it a preferred choice for applications involving boiler tubes, boiler flues, superheaters, and safe ends. Our stock includes various grades of boiler tubes, encompassing Grade A (low-carbon), C (medium-carbon steel), and/or D (carbon-manganese steel).

All our tubing undergoes post-weld heat treatment followed by cooling. The steel used in manufacturing adheres to specified compositions of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and silicon. Additionally, grades C and D meet the prescribed tensile requirements, covering tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation. To meet A178 specifications, the final tubing undergoes rigorous Nondestructive and Hydrostatic testing, including flattening, tension, flange, and reverse flattening.
